12 days of vacation over, back to the real world. I looked at my schedule today and I have at least 4 meetings. Time for the brain to engage, lol. I have been walking for about an hour and a half each day on vacation and now that is going to drop drastically. It's a new year and time for a new focus.

I'm impressed with the amount you walk. I complain walking from our apartment, through the dining room, and out to my car. Of course last year I could hardly make it from livingroom to bathroom. I'm also ready to refocus. I teal iced that the last few weeks I've given it to cravings. Today I gave up totally and pig get out. I'm ready to get back to the struggle.
