I had to learn to give myself allergy shots today, not fun, but at least it's not painful. I was really nervous to do it, but it went okay. I ended up grabbing something to eat though afterward, so that wasn't good. I have healthy foods otherwise for the day, so I'm going to try to stay on track.
Last night I didn't eat a whole lot for dinner, then went out shopping, and came home to wrap the last of the gifts. The next two days are going to be long work days, then tomorrow evening we go to my Mom and Dad's for dinner and presents. I'm glad we worked out a time to get together. This week has been so busy, and I haven't sat and watched much TV, which is a good change. No exercise, but not much sitting around in the evenings either. Hopefully next week, since it's not so busy, I'll be able to get myself do the workouts again.
Tomorrow is my last day of work for the week. I'm so glad. I'm ready for the weekend, just not the slew of people coming. I am thankful though that my family, just us, will have a quiet Christmas Eve. I kind of hope we get a little snow to have a white Christmas, but it doesn't sound like we will get anything.
Well, it's time to work and get on with the day. Have a happy Hump Day!!
