I'm feeling really tired today. I don't know if that's from a new medication I'm on, the allergy shots yesterday, or just being up early and working late yesterday. I am feeling crumby with my sinuses too, so that could be it. I slept right through my alarm this morning for my workout, so that got blown out of the water. No time this evening for a workout either because of a meeting after work, then I have some shopping to get done. Tomorrow is another day to try to get the workout in.

I'm going to hold out hope that I can make it to the New Year with no huge gains and I'm just going to keep trying my best to eat healthy and workout when I can. After the New Year hits it should start getting easier to get the workouts in and stick to healthy eating. I'm ready for my schedule to slow down a bit. With my husband starting a new program at that time too we can help each other.

I'd better get back to work. Happy Tuesday!!
