So proud of myself. I had lunch out with a client today and I managed to order the salad with salmon filet on top, and unsweetened icetea. I asked for the dressing on the side and did not end up using it on the salad because the salmon had enough flavor. I also managed to turn down a piece of birthday cake yesterday. Woot, woot! I'm down 10 lbs since the beginning of this leg of my journey which started a month ago. I need to stay motivated through the holidays. I feel so much better, I can fit in my clothes better and I'm down 2 inches in the waist.
