Yo-Yo diets have failed me. I'm making a permanent change to a Keto Diet and staying low on the Carbs. Lindora (in CA) was my first saving grace.

Influencing and Inspiring Others
I think one of the best ways to stay on track is to share your experiences and knowledge with others. I created a one sheet that details everything I did to get where I am, including screenshots from FatSecret. Have you created one of these too?

Eat more salad and drink more Metamucil - hehe Smile I'm 51 - in the best shape of my life thusfar and I'm not quitting. I think "losing more" is relative; however, I now weigh 130 and I'd like to be at 125 to show more lean muscle. I'm not killing myself to get there though, just eating healthier and staying with a calorie deficit of about 1500 calories a day. I try to burn 2x as much as I take in, at least until I get to 128. As you lose, it's harder to lose - no one makes sure you know this when you are losing weight - ironic, it is. When I was at 155-ish, it was melting off at 2 lbs a week. Now, I'm lucky if I can burn off a pound a week.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every day - since 11/10/17. It helps me see how what I'm eating the previous day affects the weight.

Liver Cleanse - Four Days
So, the trainer wants me down to 128 and the trick is to get rid of the rest of the absolute fat. Today, I weighed in at 134, so only six more pounds to go.

Here's what he has me on:
A mix of Dandelion Root Tea, Cranberry, Kambucha, Honey, Lemon Juice and Filtered Water. I drink 1/2 gallon of this per day, throughout the day.

Recipe:
Dandelion Root Tea Bags (4 bags) – try to find one with both Dandelion Root and Leaves (bring to boil then steep per directions)
Filtered Water (3/4 Gal-I got distilled)
Bottle Kamucha (16oz bottle)
Cranberry Juice (32oz bottle-natural)
Honey (1/4 Cup)
Juice of Two Lemons

Eat any combo (and as much as you want within reason) of the following fruits for breakfast and lunch, along with a yogurt. Stay good - Dannon Light N' Fit Greek is best.

Watermelon
Cantelope
Kiwi
Orange
Banana
Apple
Cherries
Grapes
Blueberries
Strawberries

Dinner: Fish and Asparagus

First two days are ONLY these things!!

Second two days, you can add/insert a light mid-morning and afternoon snack, like a yogurt, cheese stick or 8 almonds.

Remember: Still nothing after 7pm!

Try it, could break a plateau for you as well as clean out your pipes Smile. Feeling good so far, deep into day three!
