Woke at 211.4, up 1.2 from yesterday but very happy with that result after a huge (for me) Thanksgiving dinner and carb intake. I got hungry at 10 am today so I ate some leftover pork chops and sauerkraut. Will go until dinner tonight at least and then will tackle some leftover turkey and keto pumpkin pie! Enjoy your Friday! UPDATE: Ate some turkey and mayo on a hollowed out cucumber and a piece of keto pumpkin pie at 3. Then had some more turkey with gravy at 6:30. A fine day of eating! Protein is a bit high but depending on who you read, it's either twice what I need or perfect! Will check ketones in the morning to see how things look. Weighed in before bedtime and got to 213.6. The morning weigh in was today's low.
