I talk to myself alot! I plan everything I will eat. I'm dead serious about getting the weight off, I'm 67 no time for silly games. After I cut my carbs to 20 or less the cravings went away as did the hunger pains. Every one is different don't compare yourself to anyone elses weight loss. You CAN do this!

The only way I could get rid of those cravings was to go cold turkey. Cutting carbs down to 20 or less a day, and getting most of those carbs from veggies. Found myself craving the healthier things I was now eating! You can do this, we believe in you!

I had to cut my carbs to ten per day. Some of us need extreme measures.

I am in the induction period of low-carb diet, day 6, is it normal to have had a headache the whole time? I am still having sugar-free caffiene, but I guess it could be withdrawal from all the other foods that I have given up!

get off of the diet drinks. No refined sugar and flour. in about 10 days or so Honey crisp apples taste extremely sweet. use only stevia for sweetener. Eat veggies in between meals for snacks. This all cuts down on hunger and going off track.

Carbs are like caffeine and you will have withdrawals - Bring down the carbs slowly and let your body adjust - At a point, when you eat something really sweet your stomach will feel so full and you will be uncomfortable - Good Luck - when not if
