Thanks all. I intended a different workout. I wanted to run for 40 min with a targeted heart rate around 150 bpm which is around a 6 MPH pace at my current fitness level. This didn't work out as planed. The only thing that worked was the heater turning on downstairs automatically @ 2 AM to warm up the exercise room. It was a tough morning because I only had 4 hrs sleep prior to slowly getting out of bed, changing into workout clothes and then heading downstairs to my treadmill. I will keep pushing on. It is now 3:32 PM and I am @ 12,690 steps. I've also been up for 12 1 / 2 hrs. Getting ready to start the commute process home. If I can muster up the energy, I will see if I can squeeze out some more steps on the treadmill when I get home. For now, I am proud of this day and I did well with food choices.
