[BEGIN RANT} Fasting day - oh, joy... half day spent in a meeting, the other half? Catching up on work left because three others from my area were going to be "unavailable" for said meeting. When you're FOURTH choice to attend a meeting, certain things are a 'given': there will be food you should not have (fasting, or not), there will be no windows (because you're only SLIGHTLY claustrophobic) and it will bear NO relevance on your day-to-day duties/responsibilities (because, hey, why should they respect YOUR time, right?). [END RANT]

@Judyrose1997 - somebody who was smart enough NOT to attend himself (LOL!) @HCB - oh, I had one... slipped off to the restroom! @margusi - no, not a teacher, although I've trained in corporate and public sector enough to know that was the longest 2.5 hours of my life - ha, ha, ha!
