Fritzy 22's Journal, 17 October 2017

I don't normally post my weight 2 days in a row, but 2 losses is so nice! But I only had a cup of tea with honey and piece of dry toast yesterday. Went to see my doctor yesterday because of severe pain I had on Sunday around my rib area and going around to the back that lasted about an hour. He did order several blood tests but after I assured him I DON'T eat a high fat diet he told me he didn't think it's my gallbladder but probably a spasm in my colon brought on by the severe anxiety I've been feeling for over a week, brought on by the fires in the area. So he did calm me down and suggested I start walking again. Now that there isn't much smoke in the air I'm going to walk today and hopefully start calming down. Expected rain on Friday should really help. And I'm looking forward to eating the way I had been prior to the past week or so.

Congratulations on the weight loss! Hope the fires abate soon and you can breathe easier (lungs and anxiety-wise).

super on the loss. Sorry to hear about the fires. I hope things will improve for you and all in that area. I can understand stress related pain. I have had issues with my shoulder area and hip. Went to a chiropractor and she was able to relieve some of it. But you have to be careful and find a good one. I've heard of some not so good ones out there. She is also reasonably priced which helps since I don't have insurance.
