OK - yesterday was by far my biggest challenge since starting my new WOL - my in-laws took us to my favorite Italian restaurant last night (Italian is BY FAR my favorite food!!). It was EXCRUCIATING!!! People kept passing me the wonderful bread, and asking why I wasn't eating. I passed up all the wonderful, freshly made pasta dishes and lovely sauces for a SSSSAAAALLLLAAADDDD. :(. At one point, I raised my water glass and noticd that my hands were shaking!! I HATE that food has that big a hold on me, by by gosh, I DID IT - and was rewarded with a 2 lb. loss this morning!!!! Happy Easter to me! Now to get through all the chocolate and candy and rich foods today - lol. ONE DAY AT A TIME!!!!!
