REALLY IRRATED WITH MYSELF..good thursday morning...got up this morning to do a morning ride on zwift..waking up to a breezy 57 outside..must be cool outside as furnace kicked on several times to warm house up..anyways..got up an got ready to do a morning workout on zwift..another one of them 4.1 mile rides..legs are just tired an bodys not in the mood to ride..i even took a supplement to help legs recover..an they revolted with a heck no we wont peddle today..

so another day off i guess is in my daily plans..im sure my body needs it..i have been pushing it harder trying to hit a bigger goal then ive ever tried for before..

alot more stress this week..knowing that with the cooler days..means winter if fast approaching..and trying to get everything outside took care of before it gets to cold an all i want to do is hybernate inside..

had compliment yesterday..repair man came by to look at furnace..on his way out he said..he was having a birthday in 2 weeks..an he would be 70..i told him i was just 2 years younger...he said really...he said i thought you were younger then that...i just smiled an said it was all the partying i had done over the years...an smiled...he wears his hair in pony tail an smiled back...some times this ole body just doesnt feel its age...younger person inside...doing all i can to preserve and be healthier...

well...gonna get up an do some moving around..

I appreciate all the support..and advice...just not use to having to take time off 2 days in a row...when I feel fine...and legs aren't co operating...

I think I know that "irritation" you speak of... it's a constant fight over what the mind knows the body needs and the body wanting what it doesn't need. Keep grinding, Brother... keep grinding.
