WAKING UP TO A CHILLY 54 THIS MORNING..goood friday morning once again..really having a lack of motivation lately..eating is fine..but working out on zwift not so great..did get 16.1 miles today..but was a struggle to stay on bike/trainer to get them..just cant seem to focus this week on peddling..not sure if its change in weather or what it is..shouldnt matter on weather...house is heated..even though i normally have fans blowing on me as i ride..just seem to be agravated about something..not sure what it is..i noticed ive been more moody since monday or so..just cant seem to get back into the grove of things..hoping to get back on bike/trainer later this afternoon an get a few more miles in..

cut grass yesterday...was a chilly 60 in the afternoon when i cut it..but with all the rain...wanted to get it cut before it got any higher..not alot of weeks of cutting grass left this year..been a fast summer ..or so it seemed..

gonna make cauliflower pizza today..with the cooler temps..in the making mood..furnace just kicked on to take the chill off the house..

well...gonna get up an fix breakfast..move around..now that workout/ride is over ready to get rest of day on its way...
