Nice, I like the sparing use of the tomato sauce - Welcome to Italy approach. I used too much last time and "drowned" the zoodles.

I used the spiralizer once and relegated it to the lower cabinet. That was last spring. I might pull that out this winter in Florida and make some noodles. What else can we do with it?

Any veggie pasta is good! Looks delicious! I love butternut squash noodles with Turkey breast tenderloin... it's like having healthy thanksgiving food.
