Well I started over today and I find myself not real motivated, I am going to need help this time for sure.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know that it shows i gained weight but really I didn't I was incorrect with my original weigh in... I was 184.6 on the 26th. I am now 183.2 so I am happy.
