Okay, so I don't like to post my weight every day but I was so excited to see a number under 190 that I had to! And I'm meeting my sister at Thunder Valley Casino for the buffet breakfast so I know it will be tough going until I post my weight again on Monday. I will practice strong portion control today!

Portion and carb control with plenty of liquid intake. Buffet meals suck for dieters! LOL The only place I still like is Mongolian Grill with salmon so I can grill up a whole plate of it!🙋🏻

Congrats! Stick with meats and green vegetables and you should be fine.

I had meats, nothing but meats. Meats I don't usually have, a slice of ham off the bone, 3 slices of bacon, kielbasa and chicken fried steak. So carbs in the chicken fried steak, but it was a small piece. I was full after that so I didn't check the dessert area. I ignored the hash browns. I was going to have an omelet made but there were too many people waiting and what I had filled me up.
