Ugh, work is frustrating, I def understand. Best advice is to look for another job while you are still there. Being able to pay the bills is VERY important lol but keep looking, I'm hopeful for you to find something sooner rather than later :-)

Good for you for applying for other jobs! In my current team at work people have been complaining for about a year, but nobody tried to do anything about it. Until my friend went and interviews with other companies and got another job. I followed her and interviewed with other teams inside my company - it was fun and this week is the last one with my current team - then I'm going on vacation and then starting with a new team. As long as you keep fighting for what you want - you're in a good place! Good luck with searching!

My dad always told me, "The best time to look for a job is when you already have one". Start looking and you'll be out of there. Good luck. Don't let them get to you. Let it out in your workouts.

Keep your cool, but do as planned, and find another job. A couple of years ago, I was working the graveyard shift on a job, and the supervisor was a mean witch, who wasn't satisfied with anything I did; but other supervisors I worked with on the same shift, when she wasn't there, had no problem with me. I bit my tongue long enough to be transfered to the morning shift, and had no problems thereafter. Good luck with your job hunt.

Ugh - that's so annoying!! I hate having to jump through hoops and put up with crap like that.. just make sure you don't give them a reason to give you a bad reference though! I really hope you can find something else that suits you better soon!

That sucks.At my employment (Goverment)we always extend the probation periods by the amount of days a worker is off sick.Your employers dont appear to be very fair. Take it up with someone higher if necessary otherwise just hold onto your job and keep your eye out for another Job.Good luck!
