Like Jenibeann says, if we reward ourselves with treats, we're treating ourselves like dogs. I need to find a few more non-food treats, for sure.

Oh Yeah, I can really relate to that one!!! Don't do it, don't listen to that monster in your head who is trying to tell you that you aren't worthy, aren't pretty enough, or aren't smart enough. Do something constructive!!!! Help YOU defeat that mean ol' monster. You can do it, keep on posting here, instead of listening to that monster. OK????

I had a "Friend" who once took 2 donuts out of the box ran downstairs while being chased by the wife and kids pleading not to eat them and locked myself, I mean himself, in the downstairs bathroom. Yep, a "Friend".

I like that statement! "IF we reward ourselves with treats, we are treating ourselves like dogs!" Gotta remember that. I don't train anywhere nearly as well as a dog! LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️
