Two more pounds down! I haven't weighed under 195 in probably five years. Today I am wearing a pair of jeans that I put away because I couldn't button them and a shirt I used to have to stretch to wear it....without stretching it! Every once in a while you have a moment when it becomes crystal clear why you are doing something and the goals not only seem possible but a real event in the future. Stay strong everyone and focus on your reasons for doing this. Oh! And my ticker changed color!
