Up a pound today, but down 2 inches on my waist and 1.5 inches off my belly/hips, so I am still happy. I didn't drink all off my water this weekend, had two atkins bars instead of just one like I usually do, and was pretty low on calories both days, so any or all of those may have something to do with it. Hopefully it will be down again tomorrow. I hope everyone had a nice weekend and has a good start to the week.
