Still holding steady at 195. Hoping to see a downturn in the next few days. Today my office is having a pancake breakfast. :( I am being strong though. I made my breakfast the way I always do and staying at my desk. Happy Friday and a wonderful weekend to all.

Good for you. I would just avoid it altogether too. 195 is great. Are you still doing induction or did you move to OWL?

I am doing a modified version of induction. I still try to keep the NC about 20, but I eat strawberries every day and occassionally some almonds or some organic peanut butter sweetened with agave.

That sounds doable.. I might try that if my week with OWL doesn't work out. I just started yesterday but I am nervous about it. IDK why but just doesn't seem like enought structure. I do miss berries though :).
I was considering sticking to induction until I get to 179. I have no idea how long that will take me .

Well since you miss berries, why don't you try keeping the carbs to 20-25 and add the berries and see how you do? If it causes issues, you can always go back to what you were doing before.

Good for you for staying strong and avoiding the breakfast temptation! I moved back to Induction and still have a week to go but I'm not giving up my nuts. No way jose. We had a business meeting this am and said no to the rest of the fruit platter while barely breathing as I leaned over the double chocolate muffins for a couple of strawberries lol. One choice at a time right? Keep up the good work!
