Off to a rough start this week..so far i have not met any daily goals, life intervened, I worked late, had stomach issues, yada yada.. BUT, Im not gonna let them bring me down. Every new day is a gift and a chance to restart and reset so-- here I go again. Stomach empty - TMI I know.. so this a good chance to revamp the diet today.. LORDT give me strangth !! Imma need it..I do fine all day then BF gets here and I wanna eat with him so I eat the same crap he does..The things I do for love LOL.. BUT Ive got to stop and put myself first.. that is what got me here..Im adding post its all over the kitchen today and have my meals prepped.I missed my 30 min at the gym yesterday so Im adding those in to today and tomorrow so I can meet my weekly goal, otherwise no reward at the end of the week! I need to eat before he gets here then not eat again... I think I can, I think I can... Here's this morning's gym pics LOL .. at least I got my cardio in! 45 min on the treadmill before work = success in my book ! Have a wonderful day everyone !

Glen, one thing I learned on this site is to not beat myself up over things I cant control and dont ever give up..Im a huge dork, so I embrace it! Today is a new day.. Im gonna try and be the best version of me I can be !!

Inspirational. Don't be so hard on yourself. Look where you have come from. You are a power house. You can get this love thing and food thing to jive. Look at what you have conquered ....you are paying attention to this...you'll get this. My best to you today.

Thanks Judy! MY page is nagging me to weight in today.. but not gonna.. have a dr's appt on Friday and I feel like that is more "official" and I wanna really log my weight honestly..

Just attended a class today on weight behavior. What do you do to reward yourself that doesn't include food?

Gaildaras.. my rewards are usually clothes mainly work out clothes.. or a book or movie I really want, some times its a plant for my garden or something new for the house like a pan or towels.. This week its a date night with boo and a new top.. I included him so he can help me stay accountable.. and I want him to be part of my healthy lifestyle, not an obstacle. SO if i get 30 min x 5 days of work out in, I am going to reward myself with a new blouse and a night of dancing at my favorite dive. I missed yesterdays gym time so I am making it up today.

Sounds like you put to much pressure on yourself, relax a bit if you can. Yay for new starts! Have something wonderful for yourself to eat with him! You/we can do this!! Start fresh each day, don't drag yesterday's guilt with you. Success to you my new friend!

Im kinda hard on myself right now just bc Im trying to reset my diet. I was at 30-40 net for a while and then fell off the wagon. I need to be strict this week and next .. bc I have a bad habit of getting cocky every time I lose weight.. and Im sooo tired of the roller coaster.. when ever I catch myself slipping, I buckle down and reset.. which is where I am now. Its only for a few days. :) Me and boo got a date this week.. saving my wiggle room for Friday !

Red, we must be cut from the same cloth. I dropped major weight last year 53 pounds from Jan to Nov and then got cocky. I dropped out of FS and came back 6 months later May with a slight upswing. Now I need to hit it hard again and kill the stop start stop start crap. Let's do this!!!!!

RIGHT ON CHES!!.. I've been at this since 2010.. I lose a lot, get cocky then gain it back with a vengeance. Ive done that 3 times now and Im tired of it.. hence, Me-VS-Me mantra.. I'm not gonna back down.. Im up and down right now but still maintaining under 190.. Ill die if I hit 190 again.. today is a good day and I am steady at 186.. wanna keep it there..Hit my step goal already, 1/3 of my water down and hanging in there still under 20 net..Hell, Im happy with 40 net so Im already ahead of the game today! Just got to push thru the Atkins flu these next 3 days and Im golden..
