Hello FatSecret friends and colleagues, I'm happily maintaining my astounding 200+ pound weight loss, and stopped by to check in with my friends and fellows, say hello, and see if the Featured News feed is any better. It is, surprisingly enough! I've migrated to twitter where Team Fat Secret assures me they're continuing to tweak and improve the Featured feed, can't wait to see what they've got in store. Anyway, if anyone would like to join me on twitter, you can find me @philrmck I just now followed Bill aka draglist (both accounts, btw @draglist & @DraglistX) and will follow anyone else from Fat Secret I might run across !! I dropped over twenty inches off my waist, no idea how many total inches as I never took measurements like most people do, suffice it to say, a bunch.
