Woke at 215.6, down 1.6 from yesterday. Supposed to be an IF day but it's the last day of the month and I have 2204 calories to eat to match my monthly calorie goal. Need to go in and get hooked up a once a month med drip. Maybe I'll take Jason out to get a bite to eat somewhere after that. UPDATE: Did my med drip and then Jason and I went to the diner where I ate yesterday and I had another omelet. Came home and worked until 8:30 before eating. Stood all day at my standing desk but didn't get any Fitbit love for standing. Weighed in before eating and weighed exactly 215.6. Huge amount of water in me! Ate exactly on my calorie goal for the month -- to the calorie! I did it by eating just enough cheese to hit the mark tonight! Didn't do a workout... may walk a bit tonight but after standing all day, I may just bag it. Will work out next month's plan, although getting back on the chemo screwed up the higher calorie experiment for June.

Great news Bill. I'm back home now on the other side of the state now after a long day and long commute from Boston. I'll be somewhat near you next weekend in Woodbridge, VA. celebrating my BIL's promotion to LT. Colonel a few weeks back. It would be nice to connect one with you one of these days.
