Woke at 217.2, up 1.6 after a big eating 2500 calorie day. Going in to both doctors today and will complain about water retention but I don't expect any relief from them. UPDATE: Dropped Denise off for a flight to the annual National Education Association convention in Boston after my first doctor's appointment. Ate a big omelet at my favorite diner and then did my second doctor's appointment and came home to finish work. Got pretty tired and took a 1.5 hour nap after work. Woke and was surprised with a nice 213.0 weigh in (relatively to my recent water gain). Having some chicken crust pizza and an avocado to end the day. Tomorrow is an IF day but I am under calorie goal for the month so I might eat a bit more.
