Same story - different day! ;) Back from a good workout at the gym! And keeping my eyes focused on my protein, eating smaller more times per day, keeping my water up... you know the drill!

Planning some easy go to items for the weekend - then putting my feet up for an hour! I'm already tired and it's still morning!

Much Love.

Sounds good, Paula. Do you find that your changes are making a difference?

I wonder if you are not seeing the real results of your workouts because they are happening so gradually. Bet you are more toned than you realize.

Do you have any way to compare to your starting points? I bet you'd be happy to see the results. :) Happy Friday, have fun!

Heather - I do believe they are making a difference. Although I had a two pound upswing at my last weigh in, I think that was a typical water fluctuation from high sodium the day before. It appears to be gone and I have been back down to the 145 all week. I am really working towards 144 for my weigh in, and I'm hopeful. The carbs I eat are from VEGGIES, and they don't seem to be bothering me in the least. So it is either I eat too much protein, or too little protein. As long as I am working out, I am shooting for eating higher amounts - at or over 100g's/day - and that seems to be helping me right now. At a minimum I feel really good while I am working out. Not feeling tired or lethargic, and that helps keep me motivated to get in there and have a strong workout - instead of just going thru the motions!

Hi Paula. Thought I would pop in and say hello! I see you have your routine all laid out. I like the sound of a putting your feet up. Your body will love ya for it... you are always go, go, go... which is great... but rest is awesome, too. BIG HUGS!!!
