Well i am gaining weight where i think i should be losing weight. I need to make sure i am gaining muscle weight and not weight from fat. I am walking everyday and today was a personal best at 5 miles in 1 hour 15 minutes. I walked outside and had some inclines in my walk.

I do think at this point i am gaining muscle weight as my thigh's and Calf's are becoming more defined.

Take measurements so you can compare. Muscle takes up less space, so if you're adding muscle and losing fat, your measurements should still show inches lost.

I took measurements on Monday and we will see what happen's. I can see that my leg's are getting bigger, not showing too much definition but i can see a small difference. I will measure again at weeks end to see what result's i have.
