I had potatoes on five days of my diet and realized the portion size was too big and there carbs are too many for what exercise i am getting. I have removed potatoes from my diet and added more fresh vegetables in its place, lowering my carb intake each day of the week.
I walked a little less today as my body felt like it needed a little rest. I have been averaging 4 to 5 miles each day and today i walked 3 miles.
