Paula: this is Lunch: Celery, Organic Celery, Local Organic Carrots, local Italian barely hot Green Peppers, one large Avocado, organic Avocado Oil, Fresh Lemon Juice, Kirkland Extra large Peanuts 1oz, Kirkland Signature Raw Almonds. veges all shredded with cuisinart shred blade, not cooked, salad dressing of 31oz avocado oil mixed with half oz fresh lemon juice. It was very good. See my lunch for 3/20/2017 for calories.
