Ideal Weight's Journal, 18 March 2017

Holy buckets!!!! This was not so expected this morning. I had mentally prepared myself for either no change or gain. Happy dance.

I cut back on my calories each day, starting on Tuesday due to starting the steroids that day. It actually wasn't that hard to come in under.

Now I'm sitting at Starbucks trying to get started on an exegesis of the Book of Hosea for one of my spring classes I'm taking. UGH. This could bring on a little stress eating!!!!

Happy Saturday all. The sun is shining here (finally!!) and most of the snow has melted. ENJOY!!!
245.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 70.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
