After my fantastic loss on Saturday, I got a little carried away at Applebee's on Saturday night. Their brew pub pretzels and beer cheese dip are a family favorite, and I definitely over ate. Then Sunday I inhaled a gigantic bowl of ice cream with chocolate syrup and peanut M & M's.
Not only did I have a major case of shame for my straight-up gluttony, but I've been dealing with some pretty uncomfortable stomach issues ever since. Needless to say, it's been easy to stay on track today.
Hope everyone had a nice weekend. We had a beautiful first day of Spring here in South Dakota!

So Spring in S. Dakota means finally above freezing? Of course you can laugh at me in May when it is still pleasant there and we are at 90 deg with 80% humidity.

Okay poofwizard, here in Oregon we deal with rain, rain and, oh yeah, rain...so if she thinks getting above freezing finally is pleasant, who are we to argue with her delusions?

Hey we were like mid-60's!!!! And we've got that killer humidity here too. There's no such as nice weather here. It's either warm days which are too windy, cold days that it's too windy, or it's hot and crazy humid.
