Happy Weekend,my Best Buddies!

The sun is shining but the temperature is 9 degrees with a low of 4 degrees! What the heck? It was 60 degrees last weekend...March is like that, I guess. Spring Forward with the clocks this weekend, too. The light days are returning!

My journal comment about the daily food pictures generated a lot of emotion it seems - as I said in my journal, I was not critical of anyone - just find it weird and counterproductive in some ways. Just my opinion. I post a photo of food once in the while if I make something special - but not every meal I eat!

Since last Friday, I dropped two pounds on the Idiot Boxes for the week. My macros and calories are right on, and I continue to weight train diligently to burn the fat and increase the muscle!

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto

Short Range Goals:
* Macros 60%-70% fat, 20-30% protein, 10% carbs - better under 10%!
* Back in the "Blue" on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle - June?
* Schedule a bodyfat % reading with trainer for May?
* Drink at least 12 - 16 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2017
*Bodyfat at 20% (Current 24.5%) by year end 2017
*Maintain Idiot Boxes around 152-158lbs staying under goal weight
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

Doing great, HCB...I hear you about being sidelined...been over 2 years, but I'm back and all I can say is that I'm not back to where I was when I joined FS...thank goodness! LOL
