sierra1167's Journal, 10 March 2017

It feels good to be back on track finally. I have many regrets in life and going off plan for the holidays/vacation is certainly one of them. It is already March and I am just now back in the swing of things. I still have about 10 pounds to lose before I am back where I was in November. Never again, I tell you that. Word to the wise: there's a big difference between a cheat meal or an occasional splurge and having a cheat SEASON! I got all cocky thinking I could slide right back into it like I have always done after a splurge or indiscretion. A very humbling experience this has been.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 March 2017:
1328 kcal Fat: 112.84g | Prot: 59.18g | Carb: 12.77g.   Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee, Egg, Bacon (Cured, Broiled, Pan-Fried or Roasted, Cooked), Rockstar Inc Zero Carb. Lunch: Pizza Hut Traditional Wings - Garlic Parmesan, Pepsi Diet Pepsi, Great Value Ranch Dip, Mixed Salad Greens. more...

Hang with it - I had the same issue after my foot surgery in December. I gained partially due to different exercise level and eating more than I should. We can do this!

Sierra it is awesome that you are seeing this! And very wise words for the rest of us. I tend to not take my cheat days serious enough sometimes and suddenly there are more cheat days then not and the arrows start up fast. Way faster up then down!!!

Sierra, I have done that so many times in the past. I went to a doctor and was on a Medifast Diet and lost so much weight. Then thinking I knew everything I started eating all the things I was denied before and gained it all back and then some. I never had the proper training after I lost the weight. I bet I have tried every diet gimmick in the book, but nothing has worked for me as good as the Atkins Plan. I lost 50 lbs in 2013 and have not gone back to my old ways. I did gain over the Holidays, 7 pounds, but I am determined I will never weigh 200+ again
