Look at that plate!!! You've done well so far. That is the only way to pass on the potatoes ... just keep the momentum going. Proud of you. When you have some time, I wanted you (and anyone else that is interested) to read this article I got today from Dr. Mercola. Have you heard of this type of therapy?
