Have you specified only green veg? I know they tend to be lower in carbs but personally I like a bit more colour (having said that I once, many years ago and without thinking it through, made a meal of chicken, mashed potatoes and cauliflower cheese...) Still, plenty of good looking food - you'll need a few laps of the corridors today!

I hear you Bill and understand. That trip to Northside hospital when I was 31, I was there for 2 weeks, by the beginning of the 2nd week I was asking the doc everyday when I could leave, Needless to say I was a handful 🙄
