Fitbit update: I slept 6 1/2 hrs w/ 6 sleep interruptions. (I don't remember waking at all, so this must be something to do w/ stirring or your pulse or something?)
For those of you who read in Bren's journal about her hubby's sense of humor and the 'farting' comment LOL!...
My hubby says to me..."So do you feel a bit fitter?"
I know it took me a minute too!
No where near as funny as the 'farting' comment, but he's my man! What can I do?
Ok, so today will include 'Mother of the Bride' Dress shopping! My daughter and I are going on a bit of an adventure today just to see what we can find. No predetermined anything...just looking... hope this helps the right one just jump off the rack at me! ;)

Hope you all have a great day! OH - and yes, I will be wearing my Fitbit all day today...so this will be the first real test of a whole day. We shall see. I was rather impressed with yesterday, and just the few short hours I got to be active in it! It truly does motivate you to keep moving!!!!!!!!

Good Morning JS. I hope the Bride dress search goes well. I had to google what a Fitbit is-- Nice toy. Let us know what it does and how it can benefit us if you can. A quick read of their website it seems to be a more sophistaced version of the pedometer and much more.

Paula, have a great time shopping...wait until you see how many steps and calories you burn just being out and about!!! I check mine all the time! lol It is great that all you have to do is press a little button and it gives you all the info you want to know, right there at your fingertips!!! Yes, stef pls do!!! No idea what I am doing yet. OK - first, do my eyes deceive me??? Andrea is that you??? Welcome Back my friend! Ok, the dress shopping was a flop! HUGE! Not that I didn't find some i liked, or one's I thought looked good on me...but what the heck??? $400 for a dress, for the MOM, are they CRAZY???????? Yes, they are. You don't have to answer that. I am just in shock. So we headed off to Macy's (like a fancy dept store - for anyone who doesn't know of them) but they had nothing! Better selection online. But can't try those on easily can you? Live to try another day. Didn't really record that many steps with all the driving to and fro... bummer. I'm barely at 5,000 for the day. I didn't go to the gym today though...but I will TOMORROW! My new neurotic self will be making this thing ring up the steps now, no matter what!
