I think I found a saving grace! Made oopsie rolls (kinda eggy but will probably be okay if toasted or used for a sandwich. Libby has some of the best LC recipes! But, I have to say, oopsie rolls and cloud bread just don't get it for me. If you're craving sandwiches, etc, check on Netrition dot com for ThinSlim Foods "Love The Taste" breads.The mouth feel is still a little off, but the taste is spot-on, and no egginess!

I agree. They are very eggy. I have been scoping out the low carb bagels on netrition. I would love to have a toasted onion bagel with cream cheese!

I love the ThinSlim bagels....they taste and have the texture of real bagels...only 2 carbs and they are substantial in size....the rye bread is awesome..and only 1 carb.
