DH surprised me with dinner out last night, on a non date night! SO I had to take him up on his offer. I indulged a little and had 2 corn tortillas with my fajitas (we went to Chuys' Tex-Mex) and a few chips with salsa and one nacho from the appetizer plate. The rest was legit. My dr is always going on about allowing yourself a cheat meal once a week and I dont do it bc I always do a "bite of this" or a "taste of that" except when I straight up eat 7 cookies, but who's keeping track right? So anyway, it felt good to enjoy dinner with the hubs and just talk and eat. I brought my left over fajitas home and looking forward to that for breakfast, minus the tortillas. Gonna log it all to keep myself honest then hit the gym so I can not feel guilty about it. Gonna stay true the next few days in hopes I can get down this week. I really want to get under 200 LBS (prolly shouldn't have cheated then) but oh well. I need the break after the rough week we had last two weeks.Back on track today ! ONWARD buddies !
