Did a little more self sabotage today and slept in 20 min. Oh, the covers were so warm. I just needed to love myself a bit today before I hit the streets. Breakfast, lunch and snack are packed and ready to go and Im headed to the gym for the workout therapy. Today is a "push' day at the gym and Im looking forward to my hiit. I will not quit until im under 200lbs. Goals for today: 1.veggies are my friend. Ive got kale, spinach, cucumber and celery on the menu. FULL OF FIBER. go me ! 2. Water.. 90oz minimum. 3. take vitamins and probiotic and drink that crappy metumucil 4. 100 crunches before bed.. you know, to get things moving. 5. Dont stress eat.. turn to coffee, or fat bombs or jello... anything but a cookie. 6. Say no to co workers offers of hot apple pies... its a long story hehe 7. Love myself. Keep my eye on the end goal. 8. Dont over cheese it... you know, mindlessly eat cheese. 9. Dont eat after 7-8pm Today I am imagining myself where I want to be and I am working to making it so.. One day at a time. I can do this.. I will do this.. Its Friday for pete's sake ! TGIF !! Have a good day buddies.. (this was my pep talk to myself) xoxo
