cant seem to get under 25 net, almost there and super close. I accomplished some goals today.. met my step goal on fit bit. Had my metamucil. Said no to offers of snacks at work. Got a decent work out.Logged all my food. AND .. drum roll, did not eat after 8pm. Over all success. Almost made it to water goal.. there is still time.. Have a good night buddies.

Even eating healthy, for me getting under 25 is tough.
