It was pretty early for me to go shopping, 10 am, that happens really seldom. But I was right in time - it was supposed to start snowing at 10 am and so it did. And it is snowing ever since, 6" by now and no end in sight. I have been chopping cooking all day long. Beef casserole with Broccoli, kale, still have cauliflower waiting for me. But I need to go out and clear the path, shovel snow. It does not matter that it still snows. As it is right now I will not be able to get out of the driveway (and it is getting dark!)

Thank you all - the most difficult part was to take the pic *lol*
The original recipe calls for Brussels sprouts, I cooked that too and it is delicious. Then I started playing around with it and this is one of the results. I just love the way the broccoli looks in it. Like a tree :-)

Teskandar - Thanks, I would not mind it if the snow stayed in the distance. I just finished shoveling my driveway. Funny thing was, right after I was done I heard an engine - and here comes my neighbor. Since I did a pretty good job but did not clear the whole with of the driveway he finished that, dug the mailbox out, and dug a "moat
around the house so in case I need propane delivery they have access to the tanks.
