doing better today than yesterday but I dont feel like working out. Ive been told you should work out when you dont want to but Im just not feeling it today. Allergies are making me feel groggy and im still bummed out about my grandma and my dad just had surgery this week and its cold out and excuse , excuse , excuse. I know.. but I got to take care of me emotionally..The best I can do today is be a hawk on the diet and take my meds and hydrate and hope for a comeback tomorrow. We all need some down time.. hoping to at least get a indoor/ at home ab set done. Cheers

I think we all forget but it's not always about the food and exercise we have to take care of ourselves emotionally and that's where it starts

Stress can be detrimental as well as anything else. We all need to decompress and relax once in a while.

Too much going on is not merely an excuse...praying that you feel better emotionally and physically soon.

Love the mindfulness comments and self- compassion....totally support them and you in taking time to honor what you need. I hope you're more rested now. Also I wanted to suggest, for other times, how about joining a group exercise activity? I enrolled in swimming, just for group atmosphere though I was a swim teacher in my youth
