Happy Saturday friends. I ate kinda late last night and it made me feel sick this morning. I know better. And I noticed I wasnt even hungry, I was just eating to eat. I had gotten away from that nasty habit these last two weeks but I think the cheesecake on Thursday triggered some old cravings and behavior. The price I pay I guess. So with that said, Im on a mini fast today. Trying not to eat till after 10 am. That will make it a 12:12 fast which is at least something. The less I eat the better. DH is gonna fry some fish after work (we both work till 5pm today). I bought some jicama "tortillas" and Im gonna make some cole slay with sour cream in it. Really really good recipe if any one wants it. I took it out of a old Atkins cookbook. Put it all together for fish tacos. Its date night tonite but we decided to swap it for a "stay at home watch movies night" instead. AND I need to get a work out into today or else. LOL .. I hope everyone has a nice and productive Saturday. Cheers !

I ate some refined carbs on Thanksgiving and like you I am having issues with cravings. Darn!

I'm having another RE-start. Put on a few after doing so well. I feel so much better eating on plan. Dana Carpender also has a great cole slaw recipe that uses sour cream and mayo. She has a BUNCH of lc cookbooks! Lots of good recipes. She even has a couple lc high fat cookbooks. Perfect! I like the idea of intermittent fasting.

I have also noticed that if I eat higher carbs, I crave more. Today, I am really watching the carbs... you will have it back on target after all, you've had couple of weeks of awesome losses.....
