I have to brag on my dinner. I mixed Carbquick, almond flour, and parmesan cheese to dredge my tenderloins and fried them. Made Carbquick cheddar biscuits. So good!! Also had lima beans but I was too full to eat any. Made fruit salad with no sugar added fruit cocktail and sugar free vanilla instant pudding, I was too full for any of that either. DH thought it was the best dinner I've made for awhile. I will definitely be buying more Carbquick. I don't know if stores in the city carry it, but I got mine from Amazon.

I love Carbquick! The biscuit recipe on the box needs a little tweaking, but it's a really good sub for a lot of recipes.

we use soy flour. To fry fish chicken and pork chops. Hubby uses the deep fryer. Not as pricey as carbquick.
