Large goal accomplished today...50 pounds down. Yay! Next goal 57.4 pounds which will put me half way to goal then on to onederland.

Thanks everyone. It is quicker losing weight when I have so much to lose. It will slow down once closet to goal. Sad to say is I hope to be out of the "obese" category sometime in 2017.
