Making a bit of progress... The Fitbit is keeping me honest!
189.9 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I tried my daughter's Misfit Shine, I may go that route, but Fitbits have come down in price, so that can be an option too. I really think something like those would keep me mindful of my goals each day. But it was sad, I looked at my sleep patterns, ugh!! Perhaps it is time for a sleep study.
