173.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! Been feeling a bit down tonight. Fam had taco nacho night and I had my beef with broccoli-ground beef with cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic, pepper etc. we make our own taco seasoning. Anyhow since I am on no dairy because my littlest has a sensitivity to dairy and eggs, and he is still nursing. I couldn't eat the cheese. I wantEd to cheat but couldn't. My cheat on this diet has been eating raspberries from our yard. I had some today. They are also going to make ice cream tonight. 😭
