I have already gone over my calories and carbs for today. Guess I will have to skip dinner tonight.

If you find yourself getting hungry later today, consider having a protein snack like tuna or chicken salad. No carbs and low calorie--and protein your body needs.

Make yourself an omelet. Lot's of protein and low in calories.

Deprivation is what always gets me in trouble. You might be better off planning to eat just one thing regardless of the carbs and calories. At least that gives me the resolve to do better and not give up.
