Woo-hoo.....
274.6 lb Lost so far: 75.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thx everyone.....this 4th was a bear! Had alot of fun tho, time to get back on this train! Tomorrow is our 29th anniversary(day off from work), we'll see if we can be good! Another cookout to goto, maybe cut down on the beer! But, our yearly celebration drink for the last 30 years has been "Blue Hawaiians". I going to try to hold it to one!
