newnormal's Journal, 26 June 2016

Greeting this beautiful Sunday with a cup of coffee and a few deep breaths. It's already muggy but the AC is working. Today is granddaughter's recital so hopefully she'll actually get on stage and dance this time (she's 3). Christmas recital she came out with everybody, did 2 movements and had a meltdown, came off to sit with family and wouldn't go back on. Considering this is a recital I have to pay for (REALLY??) I hope she enjoys herself.

Food was on plan yesterday but more than I've been having. Had 2 whole sweet peppers but the rest was basically no carb. I was really thirsty all day so the fluid was up but not sure if there's some settling going on or water retention or...we never know and it really doesn't matter much. Do the right things and it will turn around.

Recital at noon, then groceries, some work and finishing up cleaning the house. Oh what exciting times we have...
177.1 lb Lost so far: 54.9 lb.    Still to go: 32.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
